  If I could give zero stars I would! Switching banks immediately! The staff except the manager is friendly but that's it. Won't issue us a debit card for 5 months????!!! Up to branch discretion apparently, according to corporate.... they can't override the decision the branch manager has made. This is preventing us from making a living because my husband Uber's for extra money but we're unable to do that without a debit card! My daughter's school doesn't take payment in the form of check or cash therefore I've had to use other people's cards for payment which makes for a huge inconvenience. The bank system went down the other day on a weekend and we had NO WAY to get money out of our account causing us to be without cash or a debit card on an entire weekend with our children!!! Not even for food. How embarrassing to have to borrow money!!! The manager doesn't care. 5 months we have to live like this? It's impossible!!!! Really liked this bank but we cannot live like this. SWITCHING! And I'm in journalism, will make sure the entire world knows what this awful human at this terribly unapathethic bank with 0 customer satisfaction skills is doing to us and to steer clear. This story will go viral and will end up in the news. This is/ was NOT okay.
